TPL301 is a 3.0-ton low level order picker designed for order picking specifically for accessing products stored at low levels. Its standard super-long 2320mm forks enabling TPL301 to handle two pallets simultaneously. The high capacity Li-Ion battery grant high picking rates supported by opportunity charging with external plug. Plus a travel speed at 14.5km/h, TPL301 can streamline order picking operations, enhancing productivity in warehouses and distribution centers.
With a travel speed of 14.5 km/h, TPL301 ensures productive material transportation over long distances. Offering a maximum load capacity of 3 tons, with a fork length of 2320mm, TPL301 is capable of carrying two standard pallets simultaneously, reducing the number of trips required for handling tasks.
Side buttons located on both sides of the backrest allow forward movements of the truck, so that operator can walk along side of TPL301 to reach the next picking spot without needing to return to the platform. It features a spacious storage compartment for tools and personal belongings, with optional extension brackets for WMS displays or file holders.
TPL301 adopts a 24V/410Ah Li-ion battery as standard, featuring long running time, zero maintenance, extended service life, and opportunity charging through an external plug. This ensures productivity across multiple working shifts.
Designed with a suspended platform and a low entrance step, the TPL301 reduces vibration transfer and minimizes fatigue. The standard foam backrest provides ergonomic support during long shifts.
