The LS-W type screw conveyor is suitable for slag treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, residential sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater/sewage pump stations, and water plants. It is mainly used in conjunction with equipment such as grates or dewatering machines to transport slag or dewatered sludge.
This equipment adopts a spiral type. When materials enter from the feeding hopper of the conveyor, they are pushed and slid by the rotation of the spiral blades, transported along the U-shaped conveyor trough to the discharge port, and matched with the press or garbage trick to process the materials in the next step.
1. The driving device adopts a shaft mounted parallel shaft helical gear reducer, with a compact structure and smooth and safe operation.
2. The conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of the spiral blades and the rotation direction of the motor, and bidirectional conveying can be implemented.
3. The U-shaped groove is equipped with an inner lining, which has strong wear resistance, long service life, and easy replacement.
4. The conveyor frame is fixed with expansion bolts and does not require embedded parts.
5. This device can be linked with supporting equipment for easy control, and can also be equipped with a local control box on its own.
